The EU Cyber Resilience Act and NIS2 are landing now — the Czech Cybersecurity Act transposing NIS2 has been in force since November 2025, CRA vulnerability and incident reporting starts in September 2026, and the full CRA applies from December 2027. I turn those requirements into a prioritized, realistic plan and the everyday processes to meet them — without boiling the ocean.

I'm a senior IT & R&D engineering manager and consultant based in Brno, working in software and IoT. I lead engineering teams and drive the full lifecycle — from strategy and architecture to delivery, rollout, and long-term operational excellence — doing whatever's actually needed to make teams effective: analyzing data, setting strategy, developing and testing software, and growing people. I'm comfortable owning the space between what's needed and what's actually running.
I'm hands-on across the stack: full-stack development, QA and testing, IoT product development and rapid prototyping, with an eye on Industry 4.0 — and I've led global tool implementations across the Atlassian ecosystem, SAP and Workday. When a process genuinely needs software, I build it myself: Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (FastAPI, React), SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, automated testing, and CI/CD with Git, Docker and GitHub Actions, with cloud, AI and LLMs put to work where they move the needle.
My style is people-first and collaborative. I care about KPI frameworks and measurable outcomes, but I get there by developing people and making the work legible — not by political force.
